The 2010 Mercedes-Benz Concept Car : Biome
This December at the Los Angeles Auto Show Design Challenge, Mercedes released this full size concept car into the world.
Mercedes have really hit the nail on the head here in my opinion. This is a truly beautiful concept and Mercedes should be proud of themselves for this one.
Whilst the everyday car is a often mundane and general affair there is this wonderful world outside of the ordinary car, the super car. This really falls into that category it is astonishingly cool and is the absolute personification of where car design should be going in the future.
The car pushes a new seating plan of 1+2+1 similar for the first part at least to the legendary McLaren f1 1+2. The other of the design parameters was that the car had to come in just under a ton.
Sadly to say this epic vehicle did not win the competition, however Mercedes are take inspiration for their new eco-supercar due for a 2015 release
